Ryan L attended my heatpump issue . He was courteous and knowledgeable had me up and running in no time . When the system was installed l was not given a lesson on how it worked and what all the thermostat settings did on the electronic thermostat. Just had my furnace looked at as it wasn't producing enough heat. I called Oosterveld and the entire process was completed extremely well. From my introduction on the phone, to the service tech that came to inspect the furnace.
Called in the morning and Ryan arrived a few hours later ( and not even an emergency call). The level of professionalism was top notch. His inspection was though and reviewed all the details with me. He also had some great recommendations.

First impressions were very noticeable and Henrik arrived at my home dressed professionally and put on shoe covers to walk through my home - he was able to find the issue with my furnace and fix it in the timely manner considering it was freezing outside during a holiday week!!
